After a summer of consistently cloudy weather and rain, we may have heard a universal sigh of relief from all Georgia residents upon the arrival of fall. Kimmie & Marshal’s rustic October wedding was greeted by beautiful blue skies, and Kimmie seemed to match the tranquility of her surroundings. She had meticulously planned every aspect of her day with help from their tight-knot families, and as a result, the entire wedding seemed to pay tribute to the love and respect they held for them. What a lovely way to begin a marriage!

      Three generations of wedding gowns:

It was hard to tear the boys away from fishing:

Kimmie’s father & grandfather constructed the first two rows of pews:

This is really an outtake from the family formals, but I had to include it. Kimmie and her mom seemed so close, they could be mistaken for sisters.

Kimmie’s little sister wrote a song as her toast. It was definitely the cutest moment of the day!

This little series of photos are funny to me; neither girl wanted to give up the bouquet.
